83 - Shy - Rating: PG-13

Shar was shy. There was really no doubt, no question about it. But he was very singularly shy. Not at all modest about stripping in front of others, or at all reserved in what he said or did in normal situations, or anything he was accustomed to dealing with.

But around Connor, specifically when it came to sex, Shar was shy. He was shy, naïve and generally unknowledgeable and Connor loved every second of it. The stumbling murmurs, the cheeks that he could only tell were red when Shar wore his disguise, and most of all the halted requests and propositions.

Connor was a ruthless tease about it too. He knew from the first shy dart of eyes what Shar wanted – Connor always did too – but he feigned innocence, goading and prodding Shar into forming the actual words that were so hard for him to say.

Despite his strength, fighting prowess, and sheer presence, Shar was still shy. And that was one of the things Connor loved about him most.
