AU - Cole/Daniel. Love and Hatred.

It didn’t seem possible that one could hold such hatred for another person, such, distaste, such… anger, and yet somewhere under the vitriol there could be something that even resembled love.
Okay, maybe Daniel was exaggerating just a little. But really, in his situation, he had hated Cole, at least at first. How could someone not hate their captor? That much made sense. Cole English had kept him prisoner ever since Daniel tried breaking into the businessman’s home.
Things hadn’t quite turned out as expected, and now Daniel had been Cole’s captive. For far too long. The hatred should have been perfectly understandable.
It was the other feelings that were less so. The attraction – well, that wasn’t completely outrageous. Cole in fact an incredibly attractive man. But Daniel’s increasing feelings towards him had him riding a fine line between two emotions that should never come in such close contact.
As Cole readjusted Daniel’s handcuffs, Daniel debated surging upward, but he had no idea whether the action would end in a vicious bite or a kiss every bit as rough.
He moved anyway. He’d figure out which it’d be when it happened.
