Brad/Lindsey. Whispers

Day five of 31_days.
There wasn’t really any way Brad could describe the feeling of Lindsey’s magic on and under his skin. He was usually far too distracted by it to focus on what to call it, usually too busy shocking him back with electric currents, or trying not to make an audible sound while Lindsey teased him in class.
But there were occasions when curls of shadow would reach out to him almost lazily, slow absent caresses that he had long enough to appreciate. It was those time he felt he could describe Lindsey’s magic as whispers against his skin. Whispers – soft brushes of sound, full of secrets, gentle, and yet strangely full of potential to twist and sharpen, dig deep, and leave one bare.
Lindsey’s magic was the same, Brad thought as the tendrils shifted from the first description to the second, and he arched, sending his own right back. And it was one of the things Brad loved most about Lindsey’s magic, how it could whisper beneath his skin, and yet shout through his body, and sing in his heart.
